DOUBLE CHAIN RAKE CONVEYOR
Double chain rake conveyor DGT 440 constitutes a standard product of the Factory. The conveyor components are: drive station, transition trough I, transport trough, transition trough II, return station and conveyor chain. The drive station is manufactured with one or two drives, depending on the required conveyor length. The return station is manufactured with or without a tensioning device. In order to adapt to the required capacity, the conveyor can be delivered with extensions on one side, on both sides or without an extension. The material is transported using a high-strength chain and buckets that are connected to the chain with stirrups. The wedges used to connect the transport troughs ensure quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the conveyor, as well as breaking the trough joints in the horizontal and vertical planes at an angle α= 2-3ª.
THREE-CHAIN RAKE CONVEYOR
Three-chain rake conveyor TGT 764 constitutes the standard product of the Factory. Constituent parts of the conveyor are: drive station, transition trough, transport trough, return station and transport chain. The drive station is operated with one or two drives, depending on the required length of the conveyor. The return station is done without stretching and, if necessary, with stretching. In order to adapt to the required capacity, the conveyor can be delivered without extension, with low extensions on one side, with low extensions on both sides of the bed and with high extensions on one or both sides of the conveyor bed. The material is transported using a highly resistant chain and buckets that are connected to the chain with chain links. Connecting elements ensure fast and easy assembly and disassembly of conveyors, as well as broken troughs on the horizontal and vertical plane at an angle of 2 – 3 ª.
