GENERAL PART
Insignificant power losses and high operational reliability give advantage to the use of reducers over other transmissions. Our reducers installed on hoists, steel belt conveyors, rubber and other conveyors, scrapers, tippers, mine pits and other cable cars and similar machines, which work under the most difficult conditions, have shown long durability, high quality and degree of safety. These properties result from many years of experience in the production of reducers and their installation on numerous industrial devices of various types in the country and abroad.
MARKING AND SELECTION OF REDUCERS
General-purpose single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage gearboxes with cylindrical, bevel, and bevel-helical gears. The abbreviated designations for gearbox types have the following meanings:
- NA – Single-stage helical gearboxes
- NB – Two-stage helical gearboxes
- NC – Three-stage helical gearboxes
- NKA – Single-stage bevel gearboxes
- NKB – Three-stage bevel-helical gearboxes
- NKC – Three-stage bevel-helical gearboxes
Basic features of the gearbox:
- Maximum Operational Safety
- Quiet and noiseless operation
- High Efficiency
- Long service life
- High Cost-Efficiency
- High power density
