SELF-PROPELLED CRUSHING PLANT
The self-propelled crushing plant, designated DPP-500, as an independent unit, is an indispensable component of the mechanization in the technology of coal exploitation in open pit mines. It is intended for receiving coal from a rotary excavator with a granulation of up to 1000 mm, crushing it to the desired granulation (0 - 300 mm) and reloading it onto a main conveyor.
The plant is composed of the following units:
- Four-chain rake conveyor
- Crusher
- Conveyor with rubber band
- Undercarriage with tracks
- Conveyor lifting and lowering device
- Stabilizer
- Hopper
- Control cabins
- Steel structures
- Electrical equipment
Coal is received through a hopper and then, with a four-chain rake conveyor, the coal is pulled under the crusher and crushed to the desired granulation of 0 - 300 mm. The crushed coal is transported further to the transport system by the rake. The plant is controlled from the control room located at the highest elevation, which provides complete advantage. Commissioning is carried out by the following procedure:
- Place the plant so that its position ensures proper coal reception and transport
- Fix the plant by pulling out the stabilizer
- Start the rubber conveyor, then the crusher and the rake conveyor
The inlet granulation of coal into the hopper is 1000 mm.
SEMI STATIONARY – CRUSHING PLANT BASM – W2-2250
Technical characteristics of the crusher
Exploitation capacity of at least 2250 [t/h], for operation in open pit conditions.
Semi-mobile rotary impact crusher with horizontal or vertical crushing consists of:
- With one or two rollers (one roller for horizontal or two rollers for vertical crushing, both driven) and impact cutting elements that can be adjusted or changed,
- receiving rake conveyor or material feeder (feeder) with chain tensioning device (mechanical or hydraulic),
- by a disposing rubber conveyor,
- crawler chain or skis for plant transport,
- platform for people movement and maintenance,
- centralized automatic lubrication system,
Protective steel plates against material spillage at the crusher inlet, at least 1 meter high above the crusher inlet, and protective steel plates against material impact on the tracks.
The crushing plant consists of:
- Belt conveyor
- Four-member rake conveyor
- Crusher
- The dimensions of the output pieces (maximum) are 300 x 300 x 300 [mm] and the minimum flow rate is 2250 [t/h]. Two vertical crushing rollers, both driven by impact cutting elements that can be adjusted or changed,
- receiving rake conveyor or material feeder (feeder) with chain tensioning device (mechanical or hydraulic),
- with a disposing rubber conveyor
- Entrance opening: minimum 2400 [mm] (width) x 2200 [mm] (height),
- equipped with a chain curtain for protection against flying fragments during horizontal crushing and an adequate means of protection for vertical crushing.
